MARRIAGE OF INCONVINIENCE - DAP/PAS

As each day passes, I am of the opinion that the tri-party collaboration between Pakatan Rakyat is beginning to show discomfort and discontentment.

Pas via its youth movement has publicly declared that it wishes to be the moral backbone of the alliance to propogate their Muslim state agenda and as usual Karpal Sing of DAP said, "over my dead body" (maybe due to old age, he will die soon) as this was never the issue as provided in the constitution.

Again, this nagging episode has since time in memorial, plagued the parties involved and till this day, the same topic is being hotly debated and we may want to question the motives of such an alliance, i.e. sleeping with the enemy.

It goes to show that all human beings (in this case the opposition) is willing to sacrifice their ideologies for the greater good (to form the next Malaysian government at all cost and to sell your soul to the devil to serve your objective) and with Anuar Ibrahim at the helm (and GOD only knows what he is scheming).

Irrespective of what Hadi Awang said that Pas will amend its ways for the greater good, are Malaysians so gullible to believe what was being said about moderation???

History of all nations and empires has shown that leaders of their time has always renegaded on their promises (the moon and the stars) and in this instance, Malaysia is living proof, be it from Barisan Nasional or the recently formed Pakatan Rakyat.

The calm before the storm is more evident in Pakatan Rakyat as the rag tag team is trying their level best to build on their recent success and the biggest question now is, "Are we in danger???".

To recap history, DAP has always been the opposition in Malaysia since time in memorial with Lim Kit Siang being the leader in Parliment and the best showing of DAP was having 22 seats in Parliment and now the rest is history.

With PKR being the new kid on the blok controlling more seats than DAP or PAS, are we to believe that DAP will be able to fend off PAS and PKR to assure the Chinese Malaysian public that all's well and we should not worry?????

As far as I am concerned is that DAP only want Penang and do not care about the rest of Malaysia and we might need to question their motives now more so than before.

As most Malaysian would know, DAP existence is partly due to the public requirement of having an oppossition in parliment but now the equation has changed and DAP no longer seems relevant.

Most of us just couldn't care less about DAP, MP's or Adun's not doing their elected job as their sole purpose was just to be the oppossition and that's that.

With the changing political senario, the question posed is about relevance and is DAP still relevant and can they deliver as promised and in this instance I beg to differ and maybe we should start to be more critical.

Since winning Perak with a slim majority, I find that some ADUN's are not that well educated and with their win, I still do not feel their presence or their walk about to thank the voting public.

I only see Penang and Selangor trying to be relevant and again poor PERAK is still lagging in most aspects and I am not surprised.

Where are the service centres for the public??????Most of their current ones are uneventful akin to a ghost town.

I only see LIM KIT SIANG on television daily tagging along with his son during all the publicity stints etc and I am curious since the former opposition leader was voted into office in IPOH. What the F.... is he doing in Penang all the time.
Where is his service centre which was not relevant then, but very relevant now since the formation of PAKATAN RAKYAT??????

He needs to justify and reassure the people which voted him in and please spare us the rethoric of the yester years about PAS and PKR.

With the publicity stint of ADUN Tronoh and ADUN Buntong yesterday about attempts to buy them over, please do not make a fool of yourselves since we have a former TNB wireman and so called budding entrepreneur as elected representatives.

Who on earth is stupid enough to offer the YB's RM65 million and a state councillor seat bewilders me and coming from a Malaysian Indian, I am not surprised akin to Samy Vellu rallying for the release of the Hindraf leaders and this is what we get when we want "CHANGE", to the political landscape and like my companion use to day, "desperate times requires desperate measures", and we voted in a bunch of jokers to serve us in the state for the sake of change.

Possibly this is an attempt to cover the previous wrongs of the ADUN Buntong for threathening to jump ship in the name of MAKKAL SAKTI, what a load of CRAP but still I find such incompetent display of leadership which speaks loud and clear of the quality of the present state government and exco's.

Thirty days has passed and we have sixty days more to go before we can evaluate the present government as per request of the new MB and I do hope for his sake, he would not give me another load of CRAP as per his charges.
